a large slice of pumpkin

3 slices of dry bread
2 tablespoons of cream

First, cut off the top of the pumpkin.Then peel it and cut it into pieces. Scoop out the rest of the pumpkin.
Next, put a litre of water, the pieces of pumpkin, the garlic, the bread, the salt and the pepper in a saucepan.
Then, cook it all for 30 minutes.Then mix the ingredients in a blender.
Finally, add the chopped chives and cream. Serve the soup very hot in the pumpkin (see photo)
