                                                      PANCAKES


  INGREDIENTS

1-300 grammes flour
2-1-2 teaspoons of salt
3- 3 eggs
4- 500 millilitres milk
5- Butter
6- Maple syrup

First mix the flour, salt, eggs and milk. Then heat some butter in a frying pan. After that put some of mixture into the frying pan with a small ladle. Next turn the pancake when you see small bubbles. Finally serve with butter and maple syrup.
