HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH by Eneida




INGREDIENTS:
- Serves 4
- 100g cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of medium-thikeness bread
- 50g butter
- 4 slices of lean ham
- 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil

First, put four slices of bread on a chopping board and then, spread butter and sprinkle the cheese.

Next, grate the cheese and lay a slice of ham.

Later, put a slice of bread on top of each slice of ham and cut the sandwich in half.

After that, put one teaspoon of the sunflower oil into a large non-stick frying pan and heat it for a minute.

Then, put four of the half sandwich into the frying pan for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, when they turn brown and they are crispy, they are ready to eat.
