APPLE CRUMBLE by Marcos

INGREDIENTS                                    
1 KILOGRAMME OF APPLE
2 TABLESPOONS OF ORANGE JUICE
60 GRAMMES OF BROWN SUGAR        


CRUMBLE


90 GRAMMES OF BUTTER
180 GRAMMES OF FLOUR 
60 GRAMMES OF BROWN SUGAR    


METHOD

First, peel and cut the apples. Add the orange juice,the suggar and the cinnamon.

Next,cook for 15 minutes.

Later,for the crumble, mix the flour and the sugar.

Then,put the apples into a pie dish. Cover with the crumble

Finally,bake for 40 minutes. You can serve with vanilla ice cream.
