
250 g pastry
125 ml milk
150 ml cream
130 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
and
500 g pumpkin
method
First,cut the inside of the pumpkin into little cubes.
Next,put the cubes and some water in a saucepan.Cook and wait for the liquid to evaporate.
Turn off. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Later,beat the eggs. Mix with the pumpkin,brown sugar, cinnamon, milk and cream.
Finally,put the pastry in a pie dish. Pour in the pumpkin mixture.
Cook for 40 minutes at termostat 6 (200ºC).
