TAGLIATELLE CARBONARA by Jaime


INGREDIENTS

1 TEASPOON
150G STRAKY BACON
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 HALF TABLESPOONS OLIVE PARMESANE OIL
50G PARMESAN CHEESE
3 MEDIUM EGGS 
2 TABLESPOONS FREH PARSLEY CHOPPED 
3 TABLESPOONS SINGLE CREAM 
GROUND BLACK PEPPER 
350G DRIED TAGLIATELLE 

1.First, boil some water with a teaspoon of olive oil. Then, switch it off. 
2.After, cit the bacón into strips and put un a soucepan. 
3.Pero the garlic bread and add to the pan with a half tablespoon of olive oil. Heat the pan 3 or 4 minutes.
4. Lift the bacon out of the pan with a spoon and put it on some paper towels. 
5. Break the eggs into a bowl and add cheese parly,crean and pepper. 
6. Mis everithing, add the Tagliatelle and cook as long as it says un the packet. 
7.When the pasta is cooked pour it into a colander in the sink. 
8. Then add the egg mixture
