Adolphe Sax by Manex

Adolphe Sax's real name was Antoine Joseph Sax. He was born on the 6th of November, 1813 in Belgium and he died on the 4th of February at age 79, in Paris.

The dream of Adolphe Sax was to invent an instrument. And he invented the saxophone and the bass clarinet. He patented the the bass clarinet at age 24.

He showed the saxophone in 1841 in Brussels in the Brussels exhibition.

Then, he was contracted by the Paris conservatory but he didn't have a lot of students. He was demised and he lived in Paris. At age 79 he died.
