PANCAKES by Hugo

INGREDIENTS

14g plain flour
teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
300ml  milk
maple syrup.




1- First, sift the flour, put the baking powder and the
 salt in the bowl. Then use the spoon to make  a well in
the middle.

2-Later, carefully break the eggs in the bowl, whisk it
with two tablespoons of oil and the milk.


3.Next, beat the eggs mixture into the flour , till every one is mixed
and make a smooth batter.


4-Later, put the remaining two tablespoons of oil into a frying
 pan and heat it.

5-After, carefully put two tablespoons of butter into the pan
 to  make one pancake. Add butter to make two more.


6-Then, cook the pancakes for about one minute side.
When they begin  to bubble, remove it
over with a spatula.


7-Finally, cook the pancakes for another minute until they puff
up. Then lift out of the pan into a warm plate.
