
150 g sugar
250 g flour
160 g ground almonds
125 g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
2/3 raspberry jam
METHOD
beat the butter´,sugar,flour,ground nuts and cinnamon.
roll the dough into a ball. cover with cellophane. put in the fridge for one hour.
roll out dough. cut into tree shapes.with a straw, make 5 holes in the biscuits.
put on baking tray.bake at 350ºfor 10 minutes. make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
