The BEATLES were a very famous English rock band, formed in Liverpool in 1960. From 1950 the group consisted of John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals) Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals) George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Star (drums, vocals). They play many styles, from pop ballads to psychedelic rock.

Initially they star playing in Liverpool with other group of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Stuart Sutcliffe (bass) and Pete Best (drums). They built their reputation playing Clubs in Liverpool and Hamburg over three years period from 1960.They manager was Brian Epstein. Their first single was “Love Me Do”. Gaining international popularity over the course of the next year, the group was getting more and more popular.

Beatles have made very famous songs like:
- Yellow submarine
- Strawberry fields forever
- Yesterday…

Some years ago, John Lennon was killed and George Harrison died by Cancer. Paul McCartney still active, he plays concerts and Ringo Starr is retired from music and lives in England.
